Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

1. Taraflar

Bu sözleşme, SEMHUB hizmetini satın alan "Alıcı" ile hizmet sağlayıcı "Satıcı" arasında elektronik ortamda akdedilmiştir.

2. Konu

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcının Satıcıya ait internet sitesinden elektronik ortamda siparişini yaptığı dijital hizmetin (SaaS Aboneliği) satışı ve ifası ile ilgilidir.

3. Cayma Hakkı İstisnası

İşbu sözleşme konusu hizmet, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen bir hizmet olduğundan, Alıcı cayma hakkını kural olarak kullanamaz. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği dijital içeriklerde iade yapılmamaktadır.

4. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the "Buyer" purchasing the SEMHUB service and the service provider "Seller".

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement concerns the sale and performance of the digital service (SaaS Subscription) ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

3. Exception to Right of Withdrawal

Since the service subject to this agreement is performed instantly in an electronic environment, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Under consumer protection laws, refunds are not available for digital content.

4. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.

Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi
